MEET MONIKA
I'm Monika Håkonsen, a retired pharmacist and lifestyle coach from Norway, turned channel and energy-healer.
I've been searching for the "thing" that would feel like me my whole life. The "thing" that felt easy, right, and effortless. For many years, I've known I was born to do something unusual, and that I was here to help people in getting a better life. But everything I tried felt not quite right, like a shoe that is slightly too tight.
It wasn't until my fast-paced life of achieving, doing, executing and performing, became too much, and I hit a burnout in 2022, that I started to find the core of my soul and what I was here to do.
The burnout led me down the path of exploring my Feminine Energy; slowing down, opening up, receiving, trusting, and surrendering to the Universe. And with that, my soul's gifts and psychic abilities started to open up. I connected to my spirit guides, and I found what I was born to do. It felt so familiar, like I've done it a thousand times, and it was easy, effortless, fun and felt deeply purposeful.
What I have learned during this process, is that it is far easier to create the life I want from my feminine. It gives me more results with less effort. Not being connected to my feminine center, the womb, made me live like I was a man, solely from my masculine. This left me depleted in the end.
By living from my femininity, everything in my life has been magnified because I'm living in tune with my body, my cycle, and my female gifts. As a woman, the feminine energy is the dominant energy in us; and we are powerful beyond measure when we connect with it.
My soul mission is to help other women embody their Divine Feminine Energy as well, and live a life of joy, love, purpose, and abundance. This is why I created Inner Goddess Awakening.
WHY I CREATED INNER GODDESS AWAKENING
When the Greek Goddesses came, they activated a remembrance in me and started to show me significant past lifetimes where I served as an oracle and priestess in Ancient Greece.
They showed me how I had served women, and how I had held space for them and guided them through rituals connected to their femininity, divinity, and fertility.
By going through my journey these last years and seeing how much it has transformed my life, they told me I was ready to help other women get back to their Feminine Essence as well.
They asked me to create a program which would anchor in and awaken the traits of the Divine Feminine.
The world is ready for you to heal from your insecurities and wounds, so you can step into your sovereignty, your divine gifts, your softness, sensuality, confidence, creativity, and innate powers of being a woman.

What if I can't make it to the live calls?
The sessions will be recorded. You will get the replay shortly after each session in the Portal.
The activations, healings, and channellings transcend space and time. It will be just as powerful as if you attended live.
Who is it for?
This is for women who want to lean into their Feminine Essence and connect deeper with their femininity.
You might have a desire to feel safe in your feminine, trust more easily in both humans and the Universe; feel softer, and more sensual, work on your self-love and self-acceptance, get more creative, connect with your womb, and bring in healthy relationships and friendships.
You might want to activate and reveal more soul gifts and have a desire to communicate/deepen your communication with your spirit guides.
Or, you might be somewhat new in the spiritual world and feel the pull towards the feminine and/or all things spiritual, etc.
If any of this is the case, and your gut feeling is telling you "YES", this is the program for you.
What if I have had a hysterectomy?
No worries!
We are working on the etheric womb space/the energies connected to the womb. The energy healing will be just as potent as if you still had your physical womb/ovaries/both.
As long as you were born with a womb, you are able to create from its etheric space all your life.
Will the sessions be in English or Norwegian?
The program is international and will be given in English.
On what platform will the sessions take place?
The live sessions will be on Zoom Meetings.
The replays will be available in the Portal shortly after each live session.
Group chat and in-between session feedback and follow-up will take place in Slack.
What time and day will the sessions be?
The sessions will be on Tuesdays. There will be one session weekly.
We'll start May 5th at 12:00 pm CET.
The exact time(s) of the sessions will be decided after the doors close on May 4th. We will try to accommodate the time as best as possible for all participants if possible, by pending between two different times if needed.
However, it's important for Monika to take care of her body, energy, and nervous system while holding a group container, so the sessions will therefore be placed between 12:00 pm and 15 pm CET. (I.e. if 15 pm is chosen, the session will be from 15 pm to 17 pm.)
The final dates and times will be shared in the Portal and all participants get to influence the decision.
How long is each session?
We ask you kindly to put aside two hours for each session.
However, each session might be shorter than that, depending on how much support the participants need, and how long the energy work takes.
How much time weekly do I have to use on the program?
In addition to the maximum two hours of each weekly session, the integration processes are usually not very time-consuming. It can be anything from just a couple of minutes, to 30 minutes.
There are also integrations processes that you're encouraged to integrate into your daily life, that don't take any additional time, but require your awareness and change in your usual patterns to create your desired outcome of change.
We've had participants with small children, work, and additional courses who've made their way through IGA without problems.
And we've had participants who've had busy jobs with a lot of travel, who enjoyed the program and didn't have any problems with the time of the integration processes or the two-hour weekly live calls.
In the end, everyone's life is different, and you have to be honest with yourself about what you want to prioritize right now.
Will there be breaks during the program?
There will be a month break from June 30th to July 27th, so that you can integrate the first part of the program well, and enjoy the middle of summer with your loved ones.
