What will the Heart Codes do for you?
This session will open and clear the heart space, so you can receive more love, self-love, self-compassion, and thus gain more self-confidence. This will attract deep, authentic, loving relationships and opportunities in your life.
The Heart Codes will clear trauma, programmings, and beliefs in your unconscious mind connected to a low self-esteem and feeling unworthy of being loved, so you can receive the love that you truly deserve, both from your own reflection in the mirror and from others.
We will open your heart to receptivity, so you are able to receive all the love from yourself and others.
Receiving the Heart Codes will elevate your heart frequency, which will increase your state of consciousness, so you can match the state of your highest desired relationships and opportunities.
Receiving the Heart Codes and raising your inner frequency will move you away from your inner critic, self-judgment, talking negatively to yourself and your body, so you can live in a state of loving yourself and your body with confidence, inner strength, and power.
By elevating your heart frequency, receiving the Heart Codes, you will be able to see yourself in a more loving sense. When you look at yourself in the mirror, you will see that you are lovable and that you deserve love. You will see that you are deserving of being seen for your authentic self, your brilliance and uniqueness.
WELCOME TO THE HEART CODES
The heart is the energetic center of where you receive and give love.
Thus, it is also an energetic center which is easily closed because of past hurtful experiences such as heartbreak, betrayal, negative comments etc.
This causes layers of protection to be made, wrapping it around your heart, to shield you from experiencing the pain again.
But what these layers do, as well as protect you from the pain, is create an energetic shield between you and your highest desires regarding love.
These energetic layers of protection will hold you back from receiving and attracting a deep and loving romantic relationship, deep and meaningful friendships with soul-mates, and opportunities rooted in love and soul alignment.
In addition to this, a closed heart will make it harder to love and accept yourself completely. Because everything in your reality starts within, loving yourself is your starting point for how you are capable of loving and receiving love from others. If you have low self-esteem because you aren't able to love the whole of you are, you will attract partners and friends who will take advantage of you, treat you badly, or walk over your boundaries - usually because you are afraid of speaking up or think you don't deserve better.
How you feel about yourself and treat yourself will always reflect on you from the people you attract and have in your life.
The heart is also your spiritual center - the seat of your soul and where you'll receive guidance from Spirit, which is vibrating on the frequency of unconditional love. To truly connect to the wisdom and guidance of your soul and your spirit guides, you need to have an open heart space. Your soul and spiritual team know your highest potential, what soul gifts you have, your soul's purpose, who you are at the core, and what is truly right for you in this life. Imagine having layers upon layers of shields around your heart. It would be impossible to hear the guidance of your soul and spiritual team, who want to help you in the right direction in life.
This is important to know because...
Past negative experiences as mentioned above, set you up to criticize yourself, asking yourself why you aren't good enough, pretty enough, worthy enough, and so on. These are outdated programmings which are holding you back from the love you truly desire.
When we energetically clear them and give you a new programming of being enough, beautiful, worthy and lovable, you will send this energy out to the people you meet, attracting lovable people who are reflecting your self-love, acceptance, and confidence back to you. This is when you attract soul-mates and soul-aligned opportunities.
When we clear these programmings, these shields, we are unwrapping your heart, making way for your soul to step forward and come to the surface and express itself. This is when you'll get stronger pulls towards what is right for you and your soul. There will be space for your spirit guides to communicate with you, because when you love yourself you raise your own frequency towards their unconditional love frequency. It is like you are adjusting your inner radio and are able to find your spirit guides' frequency, so you can live a divinely guided soul-aligned life of love, inner freedom, purpose and abundance.
CHANNELED FROM THE GODDESSES
This is a completely channeled session from the Greek Goddesses - Aphrodite, Athena, Hecate, Hera and Persephone.
They asked me to offer this session because of the lack of love that women have for themselves these days. MEET MONIKA, YOUR CHANNEL
I'm Monika Håkonsen, a retired pharmacist and lifestyle coach from Norway, turned channel and energy-healer.
I've been searching for the "thing" that would feel like me my whole life. The "thing" that felt easy, right, and effortless. For many years, I've known I was born to do something unusual, and that I was here to help people in getting a better life. But everything I tried felt not quite right, like a shoe that is slightly too tight.
It wasn't until my fast-paced life of achieving, doing, executing and performing, became too much, and I hit a burnout in 2022, that I started to find the core of my soul and what I was here to do.

What if I can't make it live?
The session will be recorded. Everyone who signs up will get an email with the replay shortly after we are done.
The activations, healings, and channellings transcend space and time. It will be just as powerful as if you attended live.
